Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct automotive sales activities and work leads out of our management system.
- Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Utilize lead generation techniques to develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Perform inside sales tasks, including follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
- Provide technical sales support as needed to assist clients in understanding product features and benefits.
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively upsell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
