To support efficient inventory management by ensuring the stockroom is organized and well-maintained, facilitating timely product availability and contributing to overall operational excellence, which in turn enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Organization: Maintain an orderly stockroom by organizing products in designated locations for easy access and retrieval.
3. Stock Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to track stock levels and identify discrepancies.
4. Restocking: Assist in restocking the sales floor by preparing and delivering products from the stockroom as needed.
5. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack items for customer orders accurately and efficiently.
6. Safety Compliance: Ensure the stockroom adheres to safety standards, maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.
7. Equipment Operation: Safely operate stockroom equipment (training provided).
8. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to ensure timely replenishment of stock and support overall store operations.
9. Reporting: Communicate any inventory issues or discrepancies to management promptly.
10. General Support: Assist with other stockroom duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support overall store goals.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Customer service focused
- Good communication skills
- Experience in retail industry

- Experience of working in a luxury fashion brand
