Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or a directly related field plus four (4) years of experience in a senior leadership role overseeing global delivery operations. Experience must include :
Four (4) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently) :
Developing and implementing global delivery strategies for multi domains.
Managing the project to adhere to various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile Scrum and Kanban.
Ensuring that the team adheres to software standards regarding unit test coverage, WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) standards, and automation scores.
Front technologies like Java Script, Angular 2 .
Building microservice and micro front end applications.
Proficient in handling legacy systems and maintenance for Java based applications.
Three (3) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently) :
Facilitating organic growth and concurrently constructing tools to support this process.
Industry best practices and emerging trends in global delivery.
Heading the Health Care domain teams.
Two (2) Years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently) :
Reporting Frameworks like Power BI or Dom.
Experience working on Cloud Systems like AWS, Azure.
