About the job
We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for Business Analysis activities for Cyber product, system understanding, connecting with customer and understand the requirements, converting them to technical requirements. We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst to join our dynamic team with good communication and analytical skills. The Analyst will be responsible for creating cards, running the scrum master, understanding the gaps, creating requirement documents.

Responsibilities
- Work on Project Implementations using Agile (Scrum) Methodologies involving Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Authoring User Stories, maintaining Product / Sprint Backlogs, Backlog grooming and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Coordinate and work with various teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop Requirement Documents, Design documents, Data mapping documents and Process / Data Flow diagrams.
- Work with Development and testing teams to hand-off requirements and ensure all business requirements are met.
- Work with tools and technologies used by Project teams such as SQL Server, .net Technologies, Service Now and Quality Centre.
- Providing alternate options / Workarounds to business for critical issues.
- Track day to day work and Provide Weekly and Monthly Status reports to leadership team.
