Responsibilities
Following are the day-to-day work activities :
- Facilitation : Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching : Mentor team members on SAFe, Scrum, and Agile best practices, specifically within the context of Guidewire.
- Impediment Removal : Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Collaboration : Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report on team performance metrics, such as burndown charts.
- Continuous Improvement : Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team.
- ART Coordination : Assist teams in coordinating and participating in Agile Release Train (ART) events.
- Guidewire Expertise : Leverage knowledge of the Guidewire platform to support and enhance development processes.
Requirements
Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are :
3-5 years of experience working as Scrum Master
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
