Job Responsibilities/KRAs

• Analyse claim configuration/Integration specifications and associated requirements.
• Create design specifications by coordinating with onsite team for the configuration requirements
• Collaborate closely with data analyst and QA team to ensure good quality product delivery
• Responsible for continuous formal and informal communication on project status
• Perform peer reviews on technical deliverables from the project to ensure good quality product
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with onsite and client team to ensure project expectations are met.
• Should be willing to train and mentor fellow peers and internal employees on Guidewire.
• Create design specifications by coordinating with third party application (or) vendor team on required integrations.
• Develop and unit test integrations created on Guidewire application suite.
• Collaborate closely with implementation partner and client team to ensure good quality product delivery
• Responsible for continuous formal and informal communication on project status
• Perform peer reviews on technical deliverables from the project to ensure good quality product
• Involve in lead activity.
  
  

Desired Skill, Experience, Qualifications, Certifications Etc.

• Overall 6-8 years of IT experience with 10 years of relevant experience on Guidewire CC configuration /Integration development. Preferable experience on Guidewire version 8.0 and above.
• Should have experience on handling enhancements and defects as part of Guidewire maintenance team.
• Must have good experience in Insurance domain with respect to commercial and personal line of business.
• Must have strong Agile/Scrum Project Experience.
• Must-have good communication skills since this role will have direct interaction with client teams.
• Must be both individual contributor, good team player and self-motivated to take on challenges.
• Good to have exposure on all PC, or BC.
• Overall GW Insurance suite exposure.
