Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance to our healthcare clients, helping them achieve their organic digital marketing objectives. You will work closely with the Client Success team and collaborate with digital marketing and other departments to deliver outstanding service and support tailored to the unique needs of hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Conduct on-site visits to new hospital/ healthcare organization clients to gain insights into their specific requirements and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients, ensuring they understand our digital marketing services and tools.
- Ensure clients are aligned with organic digital marketing objectives, key result areas (KRAs), and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize social media profiles/websites of our clients.
- Coordinate with clients to address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our hospital/healthcare organization clients, fostering strong and productive relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, gather feedback, and understand evolving needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services based on client requirements.
- Share monthly reports with the client emphasizing relevant metrics and performance trends.
- Collaborate with the client success team to identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree with experience in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client success, digital marketing, or a related role within healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies, especially as they pertain to healthcare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong client-centric approach.
