Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Architect-Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain consulting, product management, and business process improvement. This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with the IT team and align with our business and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- SC Consultant-Product:
- Work with a team to understand their needs and elevate their performance.
- Identify and recommend improvements in supply chain processes and product management.
- Business Process Learning:
- Invest time in learning and understanding our business processes.
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance business operations.
- Oracle Solutions:
- Serve as the Account Lead for Oracle solutions.
- Lead Oracle Supply Chain (SC) and ERP transformation projects to the cloud.
- Collaborate with both technical development and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in Telco supply chain and related systems.
- Take on a senior role within the team, providing guidance and support.
- BSS - Oracle:
- Simplify and streamline processes for Oracle Cloud.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives.
- Engage with Oracle to leverage their solutions effectively.
- Azure Focus:
- Identify and implement new solutions using Azure.
- Manage integrations with Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
- Oversee supply chain operations using Amazon SC and AWS for Oracle, with a focus on Azure.
- Overall:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including Anand, to showcase Oracle's capabilities.
- Manage on-premises Oracle EBS resources and cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supply chain consulting and product management.
- Strong understanding of Oracle SC, ERP, and cloud transformation.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.
- Experience with BSS and Oracle Cloud solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Telco SC and related systems.
- Experience in managing large-scale transformation projects.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
