Position : Solution Architect Location : Portland, OR (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months
Solution Design:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Develop end-to-end solutions that address customer needs and align with organizational standards.
Design system architectures, integration strategies, and data flow models for scalability and performance.
Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance to development and implementation teams to ensure solutions are delivered as designed.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve solution delivery.
Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow models, and system specifications.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with clients, business analysts, project managers, and developers to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Present architectural concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on technology best practices.
Governance and Compliance:
Ensure that all solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Define and enforce architectural guidelines and coding standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative approaches into solution designs.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing systems and processes for better performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of architectural frameworks, design patterns, and best practices.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including relevant certifications.
Hands-on experience with microservices, APIs, and integration technologies.
Solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and database systems (SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
