Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to minimize potential threats to the organization.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses, utilizing statistics and data collection methods to identify vulnerabilities.
- Oversee fraud prevention detection initiatives, ensuring robust systems are in place to safeguard the organization’s assets.
- Collaborate with various departments, including banking and credit analysis teams, to align risk management practices with organizational goals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners related to risk management services.
- Lead a team of risk management professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on risk assessment findings and present them to senior management for review.
Experience
- Healthcare Risk or Quality Experience
- Prefer to have RN
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets using tools such as VBA for enhanced reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
