Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational management of home care and hospice services to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Supervise staff across various departments, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with best practices in assisted living.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to resident rights, medical records, and care plans.
- Manage shift schedules to optimize staff performance and service delivery.
- Monitor operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Facilitate training programs for staff to enhance skills related to care delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5 years or more experience as an Acute Care Clinical Leader required.
- Competency of RN for Med/Surg or ICU.
- Must have union experience.
