As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will replenish Valvoline and third-party vendor materials to our U.S and Canada Direct Market and Direct Ship facilities. Manage and maintain a healthy inventory level to ensure material is available to meet customer demand. Build strong relationships with plant operations and internal process team to support the supply chain as it flows from Valvoline to our customers every day.
This role will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday in Lexington, KY.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Execute and manage replenishment reports throughout the NA Supply Chain network making sure that supply and demand are in balance. Place purchase orders and stock transfers between warehouses to assure there is enough supply to meet demand. Provide feedback to Customer Service when supply will be unable to meet the demand needs of the customer.
- Establish and adjust material settings to align with SAP processes effectively.
- Create and implement best practices and processes throughout Valvoline’s Supply Chain that will enable Valvoline to deliver complete and accurate information to customers regarding their sales orders.
- Conduct root cause analysis of Valvoline’s Supply Chain and collaborate both internally and externally to strengthen our supply chain.
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- High school diploma
- SAP work experience preferred.
- Work experience in Supply Chain areas such as Customer Service, Operations, Planning, Logistics, or Purchasing
- Process focused
- SAP experience is preferred
- Data retrieving and analysis skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
