We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions through a structured rotational program. This internship provides exposure to Total Rewards, Organization Design, Talent Acquisition, and Data Analytics , allowing interns to develop a well-rounded understanding of HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to key HR initiatives.
This role will be onsite working in a hybrid work format, with a requirement to be in the corporate office in Lexington, KY 3 days per week
How You’ll Make an Impact
During the internship, you will rotate through the following HR functions :
Total Rewards :
Assist with employee compensation and benefits programs.
Support wellness initiatives and assist with benefits enrollment.
Research industry trends related to compensation, benefits, and rewards strategies.
Organization Design :
Support OD Team in analyzing and optimizing organizational structures.
Assist in job analysis and role alignment.
Contribute to change management.
Talent Acquisition :
Assist with developing onboarding processes and new hire orientations.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
Data Analytics :
Support analysis of HR metrics.
Assist in maintaining HR reports and dashboards using data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Participate in HR rotations and support each team with ongoing projects.
Conduct research and contribute insights to enhance HR processes.
Manage HR-related administrative tasks, including document processing and data entry.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information.
What You’ll Need
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR functions, particularly talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR software, HRIS, or data visualization tools is a plus
