This position will support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, having direct supervision of the blending team, performing quality tests and managing the ISO 9001 program.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends

• Supervise blending personnel

• Lead project management for blending/bulk distribution

• Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program

• Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab)

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals

• Bulk inventory control coordinator

• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering. Will consider Business

• Labratory testing experience

• Two years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment

• Production scheduling experience is preferred

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Experience in quality management systems and SAP are preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
