You will be the right-hand person of the Service Center Manager, helping to build a high-performance team that differentiates Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and advise hourly employees in their roles and responsibilities.
- Work on cars and take care of guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations and oversight.

Requirements:
- Six months of supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
- Cash handling, facility, and safety control knowledge.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb stairs.
