We are seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support operations by maintaining Service Center equipment. Must be self- motivated to learn new machines and take initiative on performing maintenance tasks to maximize production time.
Job responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate consistency in working well with people, store personnel and senior management
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
- Light electrical skills preferred (changing lights, replacing outlets, switches, etc.)
- Light plumbing skills
- Loading and unloading building materials
- Operate large powered machinery and equipment (e.g., saws, drills, grinders, blowtorches, pressure cleaners, jackhammers and power tools)
- Operate construction-related equipment (e.g., driving trucks or forklifts/manlifts)
- Must demonstrate consistency in quality of work in tank installations, lifts, generators, pumps, garage door repairs and lube services equipment
- Must be able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

Physical Requirements:
- Able to work in all types of weather
- Have full body mobility, able to twist, turn, bend at waist, squat and go up and down stairs
- Able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Additional requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years’ experience in general maintenance repairs
- Preferred experience with hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic
- Ability to pass a background check and DMV check
- Daily travel between job sites and out of state travel as needed
