Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a lube technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, while also performing various tasks to ensure their vehicles receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-tier customer service to our guests
- Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and more
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Eagerness to learn, friendly attitude, and desire to be part of a customer-focused team
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
