The journey to Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is a unique one. Our team members are diverse individuals, including students, recent graduates, parents, part-time workers, veterans, and career changers, who have found their way to our collaborative environment.
We're looking for Entry-Level Lube Technicians who will be fueled by our friendly and supportive team atmosphere. Together, we'll provide top-tier customer service and perform preventative maintenance services for our guests' vehicles.
No prior automotive experience is required, as we offer an award-winning training program that will teach you how to:
- Perform oil changes
- Check and maintain vehicle fluids
- Inspect tires and brakes
- And other preventive maintenance services
