Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong internal and external franchise relationships:
- Coordinating and Administering support programs which allow for continuity and ongoing representation within relevant Valvoline franchisee functions
- Scheduling and managing deliverables with a proactive and collaborative approach between franchise partners and corporate teams
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Franchise Enablement organization
- Administration of strategic initiatives tasks for large franchise systems
- Administration of tracking & reporting the execution 4-Wall EBITDA profit improvement initiatives
- Track the prioritization of franchise requests and coordinate collaboration with internal resource groups to expedite resolutions
- Coordinate with franchise leadership to improve systemwide communication that ensures a holistic approach that is consistent, impactful and measurable
- Facilitate how internal teams optimize franchise operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor analytics of key performance indicators and proactive insights for franchise systems
- Coordinate applying and communicating Franchise product incentives
- Manage a multifaceted role and foster collaboration across internal and external teams
- Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline in its sole discretion.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience in client management, relationship building, strategic initiatives
- Comfortable working in dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Client Relationships and Account Management; or Franchisor/ Franchisee; Licensor/Licensee, or a related field.
- Experience with strategy & enablement execution
- Experience with reporting, data analysis and performance metrics application to driving outcome
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and best practices
- Project management experience
- Experience in franchise operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to task master teams, coordinate data; Strong planning, developing, and building formal presentations.
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple task initiatives simultaneously.
- The ability to coordinate teams to synthesis when issues are identified and opportunities within franchise system through data
- Putting the franchisee goals at the center of your work to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to add value to relationships.
- Balancing multiple tasks while focusing on high-value activities.
