As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services, and inspecting vehicles for any potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
- Achieve SuperPro certification.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
- Work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Exposure to hazards such as moving mechanical parts, electrical current, and chemicals.
- Work in narrow aisles or passageways such as catwalks.
