We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As the first and last face our customers see, you will create lasting impressions and build loyal customers by using product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services.
No matter your experience, our training program will prepare you to communicate successfully with our guests and provide you with the skills and confidence to be exceptional under the hood. We will help you become an expert on our products, services, and company knowledge.
The Job
- You will interact with customers to understand their needs and suggest the best services for them.
- You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and building loyalty through excellent service.
- You will work closely with our technicians to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements
- You must be comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations
- You must have effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
- You must be able to interact with people face-to-face
- You must be eager to learn and grow
- You must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- You must be willing to be top-side technician cross-trained
- You must have full mobility and be able to work with your hands above your head
- You must be able to stand for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- You must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- You must have English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
