How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'd work with franchisees to ensure highest level of operations performance leading to maximized same store revenue, royalties, and sales to VIOC. In the role, you would be responsible for:
- Assessing franchise store and system level operations including oil change process execution, proper use of training tools, average ticket results, OCPD, floor management, inventory controls, proper scheduling, proper staffing, store appearance, curb appeal, recruiting, team member onboarding, employee appraisals. and retention of quality personnel through store visits and audits.
- Leading classroom training
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience, or 2 years of Field Training Specialist experience
- Federal Franchise Sales Certification
- Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to influence without Authority
- Time Management, Written Communication, Classroom Facilitation, Prioritizing skills
- Strong Business Acumen
- Composure and Conflict Management
- Exhibit a Customer Focus and Drive for Results
- Interpersonal Savvy, Managerial Courage, and ability to Manage Through Systems
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
