We are seeking a customer-focused, solutions-driven Sales Enrollment Representative to join our Huntington Beach team. As the Sales Enrollment Representative, your core function is to engage potential customers and promote accessible telecommunications solutions that are designed to improve their quality of life and ability to connect. Additionally, you will facilitate the sales and enrollment process by qualifying individuals, processing orders, and assisting with the account set up. As a first point of contact, the ability to establish genuine connections, build trust, and possess a true desire to help others are necessary components to experience success in this role.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential customers to promote and educate them on telecommunications solutions that enhance connectivity and improve their quality of life.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, establishing trust and building lasting relationships through transparency and active listening.
- Qualify potential customers to determine eligibility for telecommunications services and solutions.
- Facilitate the enrollment process by processing orders, setting up new accounts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and accurate information about product offerings, pricing, and promotional incentives to help customers make informed decisions.
- Deliver personalized, customer-focused solutions to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless enrollment experience.
- Continuously refine sales techniques and strategies by staying informed on product updates, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and enrollment targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
