Valytics LLC is currently seeking a senior-level Information Security Specialists to join our team. As an Information Security Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity to evaluate system vulnerabilities, implement effective controls, and ensure compliance with security standards. You will work closely with teams to enhance security posture, automate security processes, and address emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities :
As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in the development and application of information assurance and cyber security policies, procedures, and other technical documentation. Your duties may include :
- Security Engineering : Design, develop, and implement security solutions to protect systems and data.
- Risk Management : Assess and mitigate risks associated with new technologies and systems.
- Vulnerability Management : Identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with security regulations and industry standards, such as NIST and FISMA.
- Incident Response : Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations.
- Security Awareness : Educate and train staff on security best practices.
