Pay - $41 - $45/hour
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various laboratory procedures and possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and laboratory protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood sampling, ELISA, blood banking, and PCR testing
- Collect and process specimens for analysis
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures
- Manage laboratory data and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist in the maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize physiology knowledge to interpret test results accurately
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting is preferred
- Proficiency in specimen collection processing and laboratory management
- Familiarity with data management systems
- Knowledge of PCR techniques and ELISA assays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
