Title: RN Case Manager

Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will oversee and coordinate patient care delivery in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and ensuring the quality of care provided to patients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of nurses, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and medical records
- Coordinate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage utilization of healthcare services efficiently
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education
- Utilize your ER, ICU, and outpatient experience to enhance patient service
Skills
- Proficient in vital signs monitoring and interpretation
- Knowledge of physiology to assess patient conditions accurately
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center is beneficial
- Strong utilization management skills to optimize healthcare resources
- Familiarity with outpatient care practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 per week
Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
