As a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting. Your expertise and compassion will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of patients under your care.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Experience
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in esthetic laser treatment
- Strong knowledge of anatomy
- Experience in home care and sterile processing
- Previous experience in ICU or critical care settings
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with botulinum toxin treatment
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
