Lead Generation Canvasser (Spanish-Speaking, 1099 Contractor)

Compensation:  

• Hourly pay: $15/hour 

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a confident and outgoing Independent Contractor to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This temporary, part-time role involves going door-to-door, engaging directly with potential customers, and generating leads for Vamos Health. The ideal candidate is experienced in acquiring clients for new businesses and has a strong ability to connect with people in person. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct door-to-door prospecting, engaging in direct conversations with individuals in various neighborhoods, markets, stores, and fairs. 

• Confidently explain the services and offers of Vamos Health to potential clients. 

• Utilize experience from previous roles, such as missionary work or job fairs, to effectively communicate and persuade potential leads. 

• Collect and record contact information from individuals who express interest in Vamos Health services. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, client acquisition, or similar roles. 

• Strong communication skills with a confident and extroverted personality. 

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 

• Previous experience in missionary work, attending job fairs, or similar environments is a plus. 

• Having your own car, being reliable, being capable of setting up a stand with advertising tools, and coordinating the team are all desireable. 

• Must be proficient in Spanish 

Work Environment: 

• Outdoor and settings (regardless of weather) with occasional team huddles at Vamos Health clinic.  

• Frequent use of a computer, tablet, and/or cell phone  

• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates  

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to heat or cold temperatures.
