We’re looking for :

Someone who truly enjoys helping people - you never approach a problem as “one size fits all” but creatively resolve issues based on each person’s unique needs

Are excited to help people day in and out as you navigate a complex system with urgency and finesse.

Have high horse-power and are energized by providing high volume and high quality support in a fast-paced environment

Have strong written and verbal communication skills with the highest attention to detail

Are willing to spend some of your time in an office with like-minded individuals

Do not have a healthcare background (or are willing to forget everything you have learned)

Ability to work from our Seattle office location (Benaroya Hall area)

Compensation $22 per hour
