Duties
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide consultations to clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and related beauty services.
- Offer additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application, hair threading, or dermal fillers.
- Manage client appointments using MINDBODY software for scheduling and guest services.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar beauty role is preferred.
- Proficiency in deep tissue massage, straight razor techniques, color theory, tattooing, and guest services is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to create a positive client experience.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $680.00 - $2,000.00 per week
