Bar Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Assistant to support our bar operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency while ensuring an exceptional experience for guests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong customer service skills, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

· Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration, in compliance with state, county, and company health and safety regulations.

· Polish glassware and maintain a steady supply of clean bar glasses.

· Prepare and replenish bar garnishes as needed.

· Restock bar supplies, including dinnerware, appetizer plates, napkins, and silverware.

· Clear and clean dishes from the bar and lounge area promptly.

· Monitor and replenish bar inventory to ensure seamless service.

· Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.

· Regularly empty trash throughout the shift and at the end of service.

· Keep the bar and lounge area clean, organized, and well-stocked.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Reliable, with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

· Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Physically capable of pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds regularly throughout the shift.

· Comfortable with frequent walking, standing, bending, stair climbing, and moving furniture as required.

· Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative, accuracy, and follow-through.

· Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Job Type: Part-time
