Must be available to work weekend hours and have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a desire to serve customers! The ability to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend and lift 25 pounds is also required.

Job Summary
Dishwasher reports to the Executive Chef and is responsible for ensuring our dishes and supplies are clean and well stocked.
Responsibilities
· Carefully rinse and run dishes through dishwasher.
· Follow procedures for silverware cleaning.
· Keep up with fast-paced kitchen environment.
· Put dishes away in the proper areas.
· Ensures kitchen is clean and tidy.
· Complies with all established sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards as well as proper food preparation and handling techniques.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· High school diploma required; additional culinary training preferred
· Have or obtain nationally recognized food sanitation certificate, such as Servsafe or TIPS
· Reliable with strong work ethic, customer service skills, attention to detail, problem solving and verbal and written communication
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to stand for long periods as well as walk, bend and stoop. Ability to push, pull, carry and lift 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the shift
· Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with subordinates, peers, supervisors, executives, and the public
