The Document Center Representative is responsible for maintaining and operating document imaging and reproduction equipment. This role will be tasked with managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision.
Hours: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

What You'll Do
- Assist in completing customer print jobs including printing, copying, and scanning
- Assist with projects for the Document Solutions Center and the Document Conversion Center by scanning, indexing, and validating document images
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with all VAF customers
- Maintain strict confidentiality for all VAF and client information and procedures
- Assist with the moving and transportation of objects such as banker’s box and/or filing cabinets
- Communicate all issues or concerns to management or other authorized personnel and responds as directed
- Monitor quality control and timeliness of job completion, reports performance metrics if applicable
- Scanning, indexing, retrieval, managing mail, binding materials, generating copies, archiving files
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of work
What You'll Bring to the Role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior copy/mail/clerical work experience
- Prior work experience using technology to complete tasks
- Copier/print production experience, preferred
- Litigation copying experience is a plus
- Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
