Description

The Customer Service Representative Level I plays a vital role in delivering a world-class experience for our external and internal customers. This individual is responsible for supporting the operation and administration of our Data Collection Agent (DCA) and assisting with the Interterritorial Program. This full-time, Monday-Friday role (8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.) is based at our corporate office in Indianapolis, Indiana.

  • What You'll Do

    Incoming Customer Calls / Support emails :

  • Handle incoming calls and support emails for service, supplies, and general inquiries
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and completeness
  • Place service calls for equipment both within and outside of our territory
  • Support service technicians with opening or closing service calls
  • Address internal and external customer questions regarding account status
  • National Accounts Coordination :

  • Assist the Sales Team with incoming and outgoing dealer placements
  • Place service calls for Van Ausdall & Farrar (VAF) national accounts with assigned dealer partner
  • Create sales orders for national account placements within VAF territory
  • Create customer records and agreements for new service calls in VAF territory
  • What You'll Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Computer and Imaging Technology and Devices, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to succeed in a dynamic office environment
  • Experience in an administrative role (highly desired)
  • Reliable transportation
  • A valid Indiana driver's license
  • Clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
