What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trailer driver position at Van Bortel Chevrolet?
Van Bortel Chevrolet is currently seeking a full-time Corvette Trailer Driver and Detailer to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Operate a 2500HD Silverado with a 25-foot enclosed trailer
- Load and unload Corvettes into the trailer, ensuring the vehicles are properly strapped down
- Clean and maintain the truck and trailer
- Driving trips that can range from short 30-minute trips to overnight trips out of state
- Clean and detail Corvettes in preparation for sale or delivery when not performing driving or trailer work
Requirements :
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass DOT health exam for DOT medical certificate
- Detailing experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and friendly teammate attitude
