SUMMARY :
Food Service Associates are involved in the preparation, presentation and serving of food. Associates may be responsible for performing cashiering duties including cash transactions, verifying banks, accurately giving change, counting cash receipts, and filling out cash reports. Associates is responsible for maintaining sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to facilitate and communicate clearly with staff and quests
- Ability to monitor and correct performance,
- Knowledgeable of kitchen equipment and their maintenance,
- Knowledgeable of food production and record keeping,
- Knowledgeable of inventory controls,
- Knowledgeable of basic math skills, cash registers, computers, POS
- Ability to handle money and cash handling procedures.
- ServSafe Food Production Manager and Allergen Certifications.
