What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Case Manager - Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities position at Van Buren Community Mental Health?
This Master-level case manager works with children and adults with developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder from our Bangor office. The Lifespan Clinician (Clinical Case Manager) will provide assessments, clinical testing, case management, counseling and psychotherapy services. DUTIES include: assessing customer needs; developing treatment plans; training others to implement plan and positive behavior supports; and providing case management and crisis intervention.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling with State licensure. At least 1 year of relevant experience working with the developmentally disabled population preferred. Experience in providing autism assessment/testing services desired.
Position is full-time (37.5 hours per week).
