CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER
Must have Nursing Home CDM or enrolled in CDM. Pay based on Experience
Nursing Home Dietary Manager Duties:
- CDM Manages kitchen staff for 90 Residents
- Dietary Manager does Clinical Assessments
- CDM oversees ServSafe standards for food prep and storage'
- Dietary Nursing Home Regulation compliance
- Manager orders from Clinical Menus and Recipes
- CDM is accountable for food quality, cost and serving
- Hire quality staff
- Must have high standards of labeling and dating all inventory and kitchen cleanliness. Be able to teach, train and hold accountable a staff.
Must hold a Certified Dietary Manager certificate or be enrolled in the program with a path to completion. 401k with company matching funds for all Full Time employees.
