What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Technology / Technology Education Teacher - Van Buren HS position at Van Buren Middle/High School?
This program is intended to implement life skills through skilled trades such as,
but not limited to carpentry, welding, engineering, and graphic design.
In addition to these specific areas, we are open to learning more about candidate passions, interests,
and skills that may be utilized in providing additional elective opportunities.
We are seeking a dedicated educator to lead our program, implementing life skills, engaging students in hands-on learning, and earning credentials that prepare them for future careers and passions. The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, build confidence, and connect classroom learning to real-world applications.
Candidates who do not possess the appropriate licensure, but are willing to pursue an Alternative Resident Educator license are also encouraged to apply.
