In this role, you’ll enjoy building meaningful connections with clients and be motivated to help them find the perfect homesite. The ideal candidate has experience in both consumer and business sales – and thrives on create positive customer experiences.
What You’ll Do:
Lot Sales & Lead Management
- Promote and sell residential lots to homebuyers, realtors, and builders, consistently working to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage inbound and outbound leads by qualifying, tracking, nurturing, and converting prospects throughout the sales funnel.
- Provide detailed information on available lots, pricing, development timelines, and community features to guide client decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Business Development and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine a proactive sales strategy aligned with market conditions and business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities using customer feedback, sales performance data, and market trends.
- Support marketing and outreach efforts by helping plan and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Contribute to performance reviews of sales efforts by offering insights into what’s working and where improvements are needed.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support with Internal Teams
- Partner with land development, construction, and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Stay informed on new lot availability, development stages, and community milestones to support informed buyer expectations.

- Builds rapport with clients and community partners to support referrals and long-term satisfaction.
Customer Service & Problem Solving
- Delivers exceptional service with urgency, professionalism, and a sincere desire to guide buyers through the decision-making process.
- Proactively identifies challenges, evaluates options, and implements practical, resourceful solutions.
- Identifies client pain points and objections, adapts approach, and offers tailored solutions to close deals.
- Brings a growth mindset and creative thinking to overcome challenges and improve the customer journey.
- Maintains courteous and professional communication and interactions with clients and community partners.
What You’ll Need:
- Active real estate license required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed realtor.
- B2C sales experience required; B2B and lot/land sales strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and digital platforms to enhance communication and workflow.
- Experience with both individual homebuyer and builder-focused sales strategies
- Ability to thrive in a structured, on-site sales environment (this is not a remote position).
