Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated, relentless and experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at a large Import dealership in Kansas City Missouri. As a Full Time Service Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing excellent customer service while driving top level individual sales. We PAY WELL and we want the most motivated and highest achievers to join our team! If you think you have what it takes to be a "top producer" while providing excellence in customer service, then we want to talk to you! This role has a competitive compensation of $85,000 - $180,000 per year!
We are not looking for a "job hopper". Our turnover in this dealership is far below industry standard and we want to keep it that way. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets
- Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, technology and pricing to effectively communicate with customers
- Utilize various sales techniques to close deals and achieve individual goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Automotive, RV, Marine preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, DMS and other industry necessary software
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
