- Monthly communications on VM guidelines supporting product launches
- PLV Ordering & Maintenance
- Visual support to events and large-scale projects
- Seasonal exterior window display implementation
- Clear communication with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are completed on time
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Maintain VM Alignment by Implementing VM Zoning Plans and Guidelines in Central/Canada Boutiques through Visual Merchandising Practices Including:
- Ensure Visual Guidelines are being implemented
- Foster close relationship with Regional Director, Central and work alongside to align on business priorites.
- Monthly/or as needed visits to the boutiques to support special animation installations
- Create and implement boutique zoning with Boutique Directors
- Communicate regularly with Visual, Marketing, and PR teams to replace/update merchandise on display and anticipate product moves, photo shoots and consignments
- Train/Work with boutique teams on Visual Merchandising
- Ensure correct PLV and Signage is displayed
- Monitor condition and order replacement PLV & Signage as needed
- Create Monthly Visual Merchandising Reports/recaps to share with Visual Merchandising Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain
- Create quarterly reports of the Visual Merchandising, evaluating and summarizing outcomes with the marketing team of the store zoning and visible assortment
- Plan and implement detailed zoning for new collection launches, focuses, high jewelry rotations, special events and store initiatives with Boutique Directors, VM Senior Manager and Marketing.
- Liaise with marketing on model looks and merchandising updates needed on the boutique floor for events.
- Support visual merchandising for special client presentations
- Onsite at events to implement VM needs.
- Work with security to adjust window value for special events
- Communicate, coordinate with vendors and oversee window animations
- Boutique Maintenance: Communicate with Store Planning on repairs in boutiques, including lighting, cases, walls, baseboards, chairs, etc.
- Send out Quarterly Reports to the Retail Operations team including a compiled list of replacement items such as desk trays, pads, table linens and other accessories.
- Libraries: Maintain/update library appearances during boutique visits.
- Work with florists to make sure weekly flowers follow guidelines, are fresh and delivered on time. Coordinating any changes to schedule with florist.
- Collaborate with Store Planning on Barricade installations. Request renderings from vendors and offer proposals for review and approval.
- Collaborate with Retail Ops on Bar-Champagne proposals. Select best in class barware and drinkware for luxury in-store experience.
- Train current and incoming staff on VM/PLV standards and best practices.
- Support boutique teams with merchandising and visual displays leading up to boutique opening
