We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to fill an opening for our Lakeland, FL office. The ideal candidates should be able to successfully meet monthly targets and should have a positive attitude and people management skills.
Requirements of the Account Manager
- High School Diploma
- Recruitment of candidates

Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Bring in new accounts to grow your office
- Recruiting candidates to fill orders
- Manage office personnel
- Maintain current customer accounts
- Marketing
- B2B sales
- You are presenting the company and our unique way of working to our customers, through prospecting and farming.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus opportunities
Experience:
- Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
- Full cycle recruiting: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Lakeland, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
