**Your Role:**

As the first point of contact for our hospital, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming visitors, clients, and fellow team members at the front desk and providing them with necessary information and directions.

- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and texts, ensuring clear communication and efficient service.

- Assisting with various administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, photocopying, and handling mail and deliveries.

- Supporting our team with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- Ability to handle financial transactions

**Qualifications:**

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting (1 years preferred).

- Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.

- Familiarity with veterinary medicine, including knowledge of canine and feline vaccine protocols, flea and heartworm prevention, and common infectious diseases is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
