A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANAGER/CSR/DISPATCH
As a Manager/CSR/Dispatch, you are the main point of contact for customers and currently 5 technicians which services fall within the Aerobic System Service Department. Customers call with service needs and while using your exceptional customer service skills you book the service or answer their questions. You arrange the 5 technicians schedules in advance, but adjusted as needed for emergency services. You communicate with and support the technicians onsite, then process their job after completion. Processing jobs means you review their service forms and invoices for accuracy, then send them to the customer. You are happy to answer any follow up questions for the customer as they arise. You have an eye for detail and discrepancies, ensuring quality control when reviewing jobs. As a manager, you are a leader on your team and encourage the technicians while correcting them when needed. When our schedulers are out of the office, you serve as backup to help answer phones and schedule services. You also assist with any special projects that you are assigned. Keeping the department in top shape is of the utmost importance to you, and it brings you great satisfaction knowing that you serve in such an important role with our company and to our customers!

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time Manager/CSR/Dispatch typically works 47.50 hours per week between 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime pay. Because we are a family-owned business, we can be flexible when time is requested off in advance. Please consider our location and your commute before applying.

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience in office management, scheduling or dispatching.
- Service Titan or similar software experience is preferred.
- Efficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ethical professionals with a clean criminal history
