Job Details
The main purpose of a Clinic Radiologic Technologist is to produce the best quality radiographs on a patient of any age (or age appropriate), in a very caring and timely manner in a clinic setting while always maintaining patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines and regulations. When not performing xrays, staff will assist with day to day functions within the clinic.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an Accredited Radiography Program (JRCERT or equivalent)
- Current Iowa Permit to Practice Radiography
- Current ARRT registration in Radiography
- Current CPR certification
All permits, registrations, and certifications must be kept current, and documentation must be given to the Clinic manager prior to the expiration of any of these documents.
CMA preferred but not required.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements as outlined in the job requirements document.
