JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Agronomy Center Manager assists in the supervision of all activities and Team Members at Agronomy Center. They help operate the plant in a profitable manner and maintain a respectable, honest professional image and positive attitude with all customers and other Team Members. This position actively promotes and sells product and services offered through the Agronomy Center. The ability to sell and recommend products and services to existing and prospective customers based on current price lists and terms is very important. They also are responsible for following and enforcing Company policies and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have valid driver’s license and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Haz-mat endorsement, college education or equivalent experience, strong decision-making skills, basic computer skills, strong communication skills, knowledge in agricultural chemical products and fertilizer, Commercial Pesticide Applicator License – Core, 1A, 1B, 1C is not required but must be obtained, and Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) is beneficial but not required.
