Responsibilities
- Works jointly with Manufacturing Coordinators in establishing and tracking objectives and targets.
- Manage the QA/Lab Technician teams to ensure effective quality control processes are in place.
- Uses various techniques to identify when, what, and how to measure projects and processes.
- Understands and enforces hazardous waste procedures according to company policy.
- Operates and enforces all company policies with the emphases on contamination prevention.
- Uses process mapping, flowcharting, and other visual aids to analyze processes and compare to written procedures, work instructions, and other documents
