*Job Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer support in a professional setting. *Responsibilities* - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain organized records and files - Assist with administrative tasks as needed *Experience* - Previous experience in customer support or receptionist roles is preferred - Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus - Strong time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication - Ability to manage calendars efficiently
