Work to expand and improve Quality SharePoint Content Management (SharePoint) site. Establish training using Alchemy Training Software (Alchemy) and other resources so incoming Quality team members can learn how to use SharePoint

Duties And Responsibilities
- Continue to build and improve the Quality SharePoint site and write effective training for both novice and experienced site users
- Establish site tie-ins to OneDrive and Microsoft Teams to increase functionality
- Use Alchemy to develop a comprehensive SharePoint training program
- Audit existing Quality SharePoint site to ensure security settings are adequate and effective
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Attention to detail and demonstrated time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and strong interpersonal skills
- Have a curious, proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Desire to learn and grow professionally
- Creative and innovative ideas
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit a positive attitude, professional image, and demeanor
- Upperclassman (incoming Junior or Senior) at an accredited College or University
- Desired Major(s): Information Systems, Computer Studies, Biological Studies
- Preferred Minimum GPA: 3.0
